One of the reason why falling out occurs in a barkada is their differences.  Here are the tips on how to work out your barkada’s differences:

Accept your differences.

You’re a different person who’s in a group with different perspectives. Get the picture? If you want to appreciate your friendship more with one another, learn to agree and disagree.

Talk with respect and listen.

Let your friends know your thoughts and what you really feel. Talk about your innermost feelings about life, your struggles, success or your future desires. This can be the bridge to your long lasting friendship. Listen to your friends’ comments and opinions to a certain issue and then work it out from there.

Stay away from social comparisons.

When you’re that friend whose feeling left behind by everyone in the group it’s not possible to stay away with comparing your life to them. Remember that everyone in your barkada has a fair share of their ups and downs so don’t get too overboard.
